We want you to see that what we do is about a relationship, not a transaction. We see people all the time who are stressed with daily finances and how to afford orthodontic treatment. Our job as orthodontic specialists is to create confident healthy smiles, and part of that job is to help our patients effectively be able to afford orthodontic treatment.

One of the challenges that we face is that payments are often based on what the orthodontist feels is appropriate, not what the patient feels is appropriate. We set out to change that by offering no interest payment plans and extending payment options over longer time periods as required. Our goal is to eliminate any financial obstacles a patient may have and allow them to get the treatment they deserve.

FINANCIAL AND INSURANCE INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORTHODONTIC VISIT

We are sensitive to our patients’ financial needs. We offer extended, flexible payment options of equal monthly installments. We accept cash, cheque, Interac, Visa and MasterCard for your convenience.

If you have orthodontic insurance, we will be pleased to complete the necessary forms for reimbursement to you from your insurance company.

Financial arrangements are between the patient/parent and our office. We will be happy to review the financial aspects of your care. Although fees vary based on individual treatment requirements, we offer payment options plus remittance of your treatment plan to your insurance company if you have orthodontic coverage.

It is important for you to know the orthodontic coverage of your dental insurance. There is usually a percentage and limit (per person/lifetime) for reimbursement.
